Refund policy

If the item(s) you received are misprinted/damaged/defective, you have the option for an exchange or a refund.

If for some reason your ordered item(s) where never received we can help locate them. We are not responsible for items not received due to errors in delivery location addresses or for lost or stolen packages.

Exchanges are only available for defective items being returned.

 

Notify Three Tigers Brewing of Product Issues or Failed Delivery

To report any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or items not received, please notify us by email at merch@threetigersbrewing.com within three (3) weeks after to product has been delivered or after estimated delivery date. Include the words "Product Claim" in your email subject and include your name, the order number, item name(s), billing address, shipping address, and reason for your claims report in the body of the email.

Returns & Exchanges

We will exchange your defective item(s) for any item(s) of the same price. Please be sure to submit a claim as instructed above. After receiving your claim we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item(s). Once returned item(s) have been received and verified we will email you a discount code equal to your returned item price, sales tax and shipping which you can use during check out.


Returns & Refunds

You will be refunded the cost of your item(s), related taxes, and shipping cost for all defective items returned.  

Please be sure to submit a claim as instructed above. After receiving your claim we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item(s). Once returned item(s) have been received and verified a refund will be applied to your payment method on record and you will be notified.
